Quick Start Guide

For Traders (Retail)

Retail traders use FaaSFi to access a "Bloomberg Terminal" experience for prediction markets.

  1. Connect Wallet: Use MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or Email login.

  2. View Unified Odds: See the weighted average probability of an event across all markets.

  3. Execute Trade: Select your direction (Yes/No). The FaaSFi Smart Router will execute your trade on the platform offering the best price.

    • Note: You can choose to route strictly to one platform (e.g., "Only Kalshi") if you prefer.

  4. Monitor Positions: Track your PnL across all platforms in a single dashboard.

For Corporates (Hedgers)

Corporate clients use FaaSFi to buy Oracle Bonded Corporate Derivatives (OBCD).

  1. Onboarding: Complete KYC/KYB verification to establish a corporate sub-account.

  2. Define Risk Parameters:

    • Event: "Fed Rate Cut > 25bps"

    • Duration: "Next 6 Months"

    • Coverage Needed: $5,000,000 USD

  3. Receive Quote: FaaSFi generates a premium price (e.g., $150,000) based on real time market liquidity.

  4. Purchase Policy: Pay the premium via Fiat wire transfer or USDC. FaaSFi executes the back end hedging automatically.

  5. Settlement: If the event occurs, the payout is triggered automatically by the oracle and settled to your corporate bank account.

For DAOs (Governance)

DAOs use FaaSFi to implement Futarchy (governance by market signals).

  1. Install Widget: Add the FaaSFi Futarchy Widget to your Snapshot space or governance portal.

  2. Create Proposal: Instead of a simple vote, create a "Conditional Market."

    • Market A: Price of DAO Token if Proposal Passes.

    • Market B: Price of DAO Token if Proposal Fails.

  3. Set Trigger: Configure an on-chain threshold. Example: "If Market A is >5% higher than Market B for 3 days, execute the proposal."

  4. Automate: FaaSFi's oracle monitors the spread. If the condition is met, the proposal is executed on chain via a Safe module or similar controller.
